Philip Calder is the Professor of Nutritional Immunology at the University of Southampton; Sean Strain is the Emeritus Professor of Human Nutrition at Ulster University and Connie Weaver is the Director of the Women's Global Health Institute, at Purdue University. The three scientists are members of the High-Value Nutrition National Science Challenge international Science Advisory Panel.
